    Not sure about your ring size? Just grab a ring that fits, place it on a ruler, snap a clear picture, and email it to us. We’ll take it from there.

    You can also visit a local jeweller and have them size your finger or an existing ring.

    Otherwise, you can organise a studio appointment by emailing kieran@kieroy.com or using our booking form.

  • Yes! We offer a full bespoke service. You can learn more about the process here.

  • I strongly suggest registering for a free AusPost parcel locker for safety and convince.

    I endeavour to dispatch all orders within two working days from confirmation for Ready to Ship or completed bespoke pieces.

    Orders are sent during business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

    Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email soon followed by a second email to notify you that your purchase has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

    Australia

    All Australian orders are shipped express via tracked Australia Post. Purchases will be delivered 1-3 days from dispatch. Shipping is not covered by insurance.

    International

    All international orders are shipped express via DHL. Purchases will be delivered 2-5 days from dispatch. Import and duty charges are not included in your purchase.

  • I ship worldwide. Unless international, all of our parcels are sent with express AusPost. For safety and ease of delivery, I suggest registering for a free AusPost parcel locker. International deliveries will be shipped with DHL.

  • All pieces purchased online are non-refundable unless from the ready-to-ship catalogue and in their original size. Jewellery must be in its original packaging and unworn. For faulty pieces, email kieran@kieroy.com for an exchange.

    I accept returns within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be unworn and unused in their original condition and packaging for exchange or credit only.

    KIEROY cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs for their updated purchases.

    Clients will be refunded for the the cost of return delivery if the order is incorrect or faulty.

    To process a return, contact me with the following information to be provided with a secure return address:

    Order reference number
    Reason for return
    Preference for exchange or credit

  • Much of our collection is hand-made to order and requires between 2-6 weeks for production depending on design complexity and material. You can email kieran@kieroy.com for a more detailed timeline if you need your piece by a specific date.

  • 100% of our gold and silver pieces are made from recycled refined metals. All gemstones, pearls and diamonds are also ethically sourced and verified. Each KIEROY piece is handcrafted by Kieran Jackson in our Crossley St studio. Through this process, we generate nearly no waste and recycle all metal offcuts.

  • We source diamonds from reputable dealers in Melbourne, Australia, who are signatories of the Kimberly Process, ensuring conflict-free rough diamonds. Our coloured stones are sourced from Naarm (Melbourne) gem merchants who visit the mines where our stones originate.

  • The “ct” or carat number indicates the amount of gold in the alloy. 9ct gold is 37.5% pure gold, alloyed with copper, zinc, silver, palladium, or platinum. 18ct gold is 75% pure gold.

  • Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold plating over sterling silver, offering a refined gold finish. Our vermeil is plated over solid sterling silver with a minimum thickness of 3 microns. This is six times thicker than the common flash plating. Learn more about our process here.

  • Yes, we’re happy to assess and possibly use your existing gemstones after a physical inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot use supplied metals like gold.

  • KIEROY respects your privacy. Customer information is only ever used to provide you with a seamless customer service experience. No information will ever be extended to a third party.

    KIEROY will not spam you, however you may receive email newsletters or other announcements regarding promotions and new collections from time to time until you positively opt-out.
